very disappointed that, even though blue badge / disabled drivers, park for free and have done forever, I was sent a ticket dated from November 2019 for using a bay with my badge on display. I appealed and had it cancelled. But, this week another one arrived from the week after in November! I have appealed it. Unfortunately, there will be another 6-8 times to go from November to February when these tickets started arriving. In conversations with a service agent, the answer was to use the machine to get a ticket using the code on the new signs. That is totally dependent upon being able to use said machines. Second answer was use the APP, which is fair enough but you need to give a credit card number (its a free ticket?), or website or last solution, phone a number and enter the code/reg while calling. All well and good if you are not deaf. Sorry to say but the 2010 Access Laws are not being taken into account for alternatives, such as the cameras that read your number as you go in and out....London congestion take that and use it to determine if the vehicle is \disabled\ taxation class, and hence no charge payable so I really dont understand why this cannot be the same for apcoa parking.

They fine you if you stay too long but think they are making tge parking lot bigger. Convenient right bext to the station
